With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, enterprises must manage their most basic elements of production: funds. Because it can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Nowadays Enterprises should explore the question that how to manage funds well and how to maximize profits. According to their size, enterprises can be divided into three catalogues: large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises. Each type of enterprise of its funds management is not the same. This dissertation choose three enterprises in three different industries: British Petroleum plc, GlaxoSmithKline plc and Centrica plc. They can represent different sectors of the business type. When analysis these three Enterprises Funds management, we can see that it is very important to strengthen funds management and improve enterprises economic efficiency. In addition, this dissertation also puts forward some ideas and suggestions about how to strengthen enterprises in investment, fund and financing.
